I was so glad to deal with Mich Zad; they were accommodating when I asked about pick-up times, even with work constraints. I appreciated the quick responses and clear communication about the address and the husband's availability. Even when things were a little delayed at the end, Mich Zad was super apologetic and understanding, and I appreciated that so much!
