Ana was very friendly, and even though she had to push back the pickup date she kept me updated the whole time. You can totally trust her.

Dealing with Ana was a breeze; she was super flexible with the meet-up location and time, which made the whole process easy. Her clear communication about her arrival and description of herself at the station meant we found each other without any trouble 🤝.

Excellent deal on an IKEA table. It was missing some bolts, but she went out of her way to look for them in her garage, just in case she had missed installing them prior to pickup
