They were responsive to my questions and provided all the necessary information. also, he reserved the item for me until I was able to pick it up, and then he was kind enough to share a freebie with me not charging me anything which was very kind of him as he knew that I just moved into a new home, kind and friendly and was very patient. In regards to meeting me went the extra mile to accommodate me when I had to pick up the item.
