Heidi was really great to coordinate with for the pickup. Even with a slight change of plans due to the weather, she was flexible and communicated her revised timing clearly. It was easy to arrange everything, and she arrived promptly to collect the item.

Heidi was super responsive and made arranging the pickup so easy. I really appreciated her quick replies! Meeting her was also very nice, she is super friendly and accommodating for time!

The whole exchange was smooth, and Heidi was even ready to bring the item out as soon as I arrived and added few more freebies. 🤝
