Brad went above and beyond when I wasn't able to pick up, offering to deliver and even meeting my partner downtown. That was such a lifesaver! He was patient, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting, and even sent pictures. Such a kind and considerate person, and I'm so grateful for his generosity.

Brad was really flexible with the pickup time, which was perfect. I appreciated him being so accommodating. He also went out of his way to demonstrate the fireplace worked
