Natalia was incredibly flexible and understanding when I was running late due to transit delays, and they communicated clearly about the meeting spot. I found Natalia to be very accommodating when coordinating the meetup, and she upfront about the payment method she preferred.

Natalia was very pleasant she was kind enough to come to where I was picking up something from somebody else if she was close to the area. it saved me from waiting another hour for my wheel trans if I went to her.
