Dealing with Kolby was super smooth; he was flexible and understanding when I needed to adjust the pickup time.

Kolby was very responsive and accommodating. I was so happy he was able to move up the pick-up date for the brass planter pot and stool.

Kolby sold me his beloved Monstera which he'd taken very good care of for years and I appreciate that. The price was beyond amazing considering how attached we plant parents get to our plants. He communicated with me while he was out of town to make sure I would be the winner of his prizes Monstera because he knew I was very eager to secure it for myself. He also helped me, very carefully, put it in my tiny car without any damage ro its huge leaves. Overall, I would say, Kolby went above and beyond to make this interaction pleasant and I really appreciate his kindness throughout the whole process.
