I thought they were great at coordinating our meeting, providing specific location details and updating me on their arrival.

It was great that they were able to pick up the item when they said they would, and I appreciated their flexibility with the time on the second day.

Willy was communicating with me pretty consistently, and arrived on time and picked up the fridge without any issues. All good.
