Max was great to deal with! I was juggling several things and probably came off as a bit of a flake but Max was very friendly, had great communication, and met with us promptly. This purchase allowed my daughter and I to continue an annual tradition that we couldn't have otherwise, so the opportunity for this purchase was very appreciated and Max being so great was the cherry on top!
