Robert was really flexible with the pickup location, offering to meet me at a Skytrain station which was so convenient. They were very responsive in finding the item and confirming the details for me.

Super understanding when my kid and I got sick. 🤒 I had to reschedule and he was very kind about the whole situation. He was available the day I was able to me without hesitation which was good 😊 all in all my experience with Robert was very nice!😊
