Dealing with Jesse was easy; they were always clear and friendly throughout our back-and-forth about the meet-up. I appreciated their understanding when I had to adjust our plans because of my grandson, and I'm glad we eventually met up successfully.

It was so easy dealing with Jesse. He was flexible and communicative, letting me know when he was on his way and that he arrived early. I hope he cheer up Blue Jays next season with this cap!
