Blair was fantastic and very flexible with pickup, even when I was out of town. I loved that Blair confirmed the address and gave updates on arrival, making the whole process smooth!

He was on time and very nice. I really appreciate that he was flexible and willing to arrange a pickup time even while he was busy. He was also very easy to communicate with and made the whole process smooth and pleasant.
