Reason for selling: Moving out of province, so looking for good homes for my items. Pickup only (mid-town Toronto). Item is available if the listing is still available. My building was completed in 2018, has elevators, and parking in front of the building & visitor parking. Clean home: no pets, no smoking, no bed bugs, indoor-only clothing rule to keep things clean. Pricing considers market comparisons, condition, usage, depreciation, etc. But I'm flexible, open to offers. More discounts if you're bundling multiple items. E-transfer preferred for all transactions (bank, Wealthsimple Cash, or PayPal). If you prefer, I can accept cash under $50 (but I don't have change).
