Private room available for single occupancy in a 4-bed, 2-bath townhouse near Greenwood and Danforth on the east side. Move-in ideally the first week of May. Minimum 6-month lease term. Rent is $900/month, dropping to $800/month from November onwards. All utilities are included, including in-unit laundry. Rent increases are capped at the annual provincial guideline (pre-2018 building). The room is on the third floor of a three-story townhouse, requiring two flights of stairs. No central AC, but window units/portables are welcome. Located a 2-minute walk to the 31 Greenwood bus stop and a 9-minute walk to Greenwood subway station (Line 2). A family-owned grocery store is also about a 9-minute walk away, with Food Basics/No Frills about a 21-minute walk. This is a 2SLGBTQ+ safe space. You'll share your floor and washroom with just one other person. We're looking for someone neat and tidy in shared spaces who will help with household chores. Cannabis-friendly household (no indoor smoking/vaping). Must be cat friendly; I have a rescue cat who is shy but may watch you from a distance. Ideally looking for a roommate in their mid-late 20s, as the other roommates are in that age range.
