Early 1900’s JW Best nickel plated five spring loaded coin holder with the original chain. The leather piece is not original.
Stamped “Best Nickel Plated” and “Made in England” along with an emblem.
Holds five coins - a sixpence, a thruppence (threepence), 1 shilling, 2 shilling and a half crown.
Great condition considering the age. Works wonderfully. Patina. Any wear commensurates with the age.
Approximately 2.7” wide not including the chain and 2.2” tall.
