Ikea Kitchen or Bathroom Countertop and non-Ikea Vanity

We purchased a new vanity and the Ikea countertop wasn't wide enough. The Ikea countertop is in excellent condition. The vanity is not from Ikea and was built when the house was built. It is in fair condition but fully functional. Note: sink and faucet NOT included. The faucet, from the Bath Depot, which is in excellent condition, is available for $45. (It currently retails for $139.)
