Manapul was integral to the creation of the Flash comics during the New 52 era. Obtained at Fan Expo Toronto (circa 2016) when he appeared as a guest at the DC Comics booth. Both the comic and signature are in mint condition. The comic has not left the plastic protector since it was first autographed. Makes a great gift for the DC Comics fan in your family.
