Alice was so understanding about the meetup location confusion and happy to meet up even though I couldn't make the original time. She was clear about when she was on her way and arrived promptly for our rescheduled meetup.

I was happy that the seller was clear about the garment bags and confirmed they were all the same size, which was exactly what I needed.
