Amal was super clear about wanting to pick up the sofa and asked great questions about the other items I had available. They were so excited about the lamps and wall hook! I also appreciated them being open to grabbing the Keurig from the kitchen.

I appreciated how Amal clarified the L-shape of the sofa and was very responsive throughout the entire pickup process, even arranging for the doorman and door code when they couldn't be there. Amal was so flexible and generous, offering extra items like the Keurig and lamp when they had to leave unexpectedly.

Amal was incredibly helpful by reserving the mattress for me and even went the extra mile to order a mattress cover, which was such a thoughtful gesture! She was also super communicative and had every thing arranged to ensure an easy pickup. Great experience, thanks so much! 💕
