EM was super responsive and flexible, letting me know right away they wanted the bag and coordinating a pickup time that worked. They confirmed the details clearly, which made everything easy.

They were accommodating with the timing changes and made sure to have everything ready for me when I arrived. Very nice and kind person.

EM came on time and even alerted me when he was coming to my destination and I really appreciate the fact that he waited for me so overall the exchange went good.
