I really appreciated how they made sure I confirmed the pickup time and location before heading over. They were also very clear about needing a specific pickup window and when they were on their way.

Very friendly and thankful. I also added some spare arms. She kept in touch on her way.

They picked up the backpack and was very friendly about it
