Jade

Jade’s communication with me was excellent. Jade was really clear about the pickup times and location, and sent a map link which was super helpful. It was really nice of Jade to wait for me to arrive when I ran into some travel issues and was running late.

Jade was really accommodating when I needed to change my pickup time and was even willing to leave the item with the doorman. I appreciated their clear communication and flexibility throughout the process. 🙂
