She was very welcoming, friendly, made me comfortable as soon as I met her, made me feel safe which is the most important thing I guess. She brought her friend for helping hand (very thoughtful)as the item was heavy and helped me put it in my car; very helpful. She has delivered as she mentioned about the item.
