Tim was very clear about picking up the item and confirmed the time promptly.

We scheduled to meet at 7:00pm which was fine. I said 7:00 or earlier and he showed up around 6:00 which was perfect for both of his. Very nice man and transaction. Happy to do busy with Tim in the future if there’s something he needs/wants. Thanks again Tim!
