Denise was very much on time for pickup and was super communicative the whole time!

I really appreciated how Denise confirmed the pick-up time and kept me updated on their arrival.

I really appreciated how they were so flexible with coordinating a meetup time, even when they had a hospital visit to attend to. They were clear about when they'd follow up, and they kept their word.

They were very good about communicating and following through, making sure everything was set for our meetup.
