Carlos Velez

Carlos offered a specific meeting spot that worked well for us. He was kind and respectful. I had a safe, friendly and encouraging interaction with him.

Carlos was upfront about the TV missing its remote and confirmed a pickup time that worked for me. great guy thank you so much
